Eva Barnes

Eva Barnes is an experienced and highly skilled HR professional, Chartered MCIPD, who plays a key role in supporting the people, policies and processes that underpin Community Schools Trust’s success.

With extensive expertise across all aspects of human resources, Eva works closely with school leaders and management teams to provide strategic guidance and practical support on employment matters, employee relations and organisational development. She is committed to ensuring that the Trust’s HR practices are effective, compliant and aligned with its wider vision and values.

From supporting staff throughout the employee lifecycle to managing complex employment matters, organisational change and workforce development, Eva takes a pragmatic, collaborative and solutions-focused approach. She works in partnership with colleagues and, where appropriate, trade union representatives to foster positive working relationships and create an environment in which staff feel supported to thrive.

Through her commitment to continuous improvement, Eva helps strengthen HR systems and processes across the Trust, ensuring our schools have the guidance and support they need to build strong teams and deliver the best possible outcomes for their pupils and communities.
