Munira Said

Munira is an experienced senior education leader who has worked across secondary schools in inner and outer London. Her career is driven by a commitment to ensuring that young people from all backgrounds have access to a high-quality education and the knowledge, skills and opportunities to succeed.

Beginning her career as an English practitioner, Munira has extensive experience of supporting young people to achieve academic excellence and prepare for higher education and their future careers. She believes strongly that there should be ni ceiling to success for any student.

As a school leader, Munira places student wellbeing at the heart of school life and is passionate about providing a curriculum that inspires, stretches and challenges every young person while reflecting the diverse communities schools serve. Her experience of working in different global settings has further strengthened her commitment to equality of access, outcomes and opportunity.

Munira is passionate about creating positive change in education, developing strong relationships with students, staff and communities, and challenging stereotypes and barriers that can limit young people's aspirations and achievements.
