Aisha Mohiuddin

Aisha Mohiuddin is the Executive Operations, Projects and Trust Standards Manager for the Community Schools Trust. Since joining Forest Gate Community School in 2023 and progressing to the role of Executive PA to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and Executive Headteacher, she has extensive experience in operational improvement, project coordination, and Trust-wide systems.

Aisha plays a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic priorities through project management, operational planning, research, reporting, and quality assurance. Her work spans a wide range of areas, including school improvement, curriculum development, leadership development, Trust events, organisational systems, and the monitoring of Trust-wide standards. She is responsible for analysing complex information, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting leaders to ensure that key initiatives are implemented effectively.

Through her role, she helps drive improvement, support the successful delivery of the Trust’s priorities, and promote consistency and high standards across its schools. Her work helps ensure that strategic plans are translated into meaningful action and sustained impact across the Trust.
