Alison Rudge

Since joining Cumberland Community School over twenty years ago, Alison has been committed to supporting all aspects of school and trust administration. She has progressed to a central role within the trust via the roles of PA, Cover Manager, HR Manager, and Resource Manager. 

She is currently serving the Trust as Governance Services Manager facilitating the work of the Trust Board and governance at local school level ensuring that trust governance remains compliant, skilled and focussed on meeting key strategic objectives.
