Zubaydah Tasnim

Zubaydah Tasnim is the Trust Systems Lead for the Community Schools Trust, responsible for the design, quality and oversight of the operational systems that enable all CST schools to run efficiently and effectively. With a background that includes serving as Executive PA to both the CEO and Executive Headteacher, she brings deep organisational insight and a strategic understanding of trust-wide priorities. Zubaydah has driven significant improvements across HR systems, office operations, compliance processes, and site-wide IT infrastructure, raising standards and embedding consistent, professional practice across all schools.

She oversees MIS development, website management, and digital workflows, ensuring that information systems are accurate, user-friendly and aligned with the trust’s ambitions for excellence. A skilled trainer and mentor, Zubaydah has strengthened support staff capacity and operational consistency through high-quality training and clear systems leadership. Her work ensures that CST’s infrastructure is robust, reliable and future-facing - enabling leaders, teachers, and support staff to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional education for every child.
