Zubaydah Tasnim

Zubaydah Tasnim is the Systems and Transformation Director for the Community Schools Trust, leading the design, development, quality and oversight of the operational systems that enable all CST schools and the Trust to operate efficiently and effectively. Having previously served as Executive PA to both CEO and Executive Headteacher, she brings deep organisational insight, a strong understanding of Trust-wide priorities and a strategic perspective on how systems, people and processes can work together to drive excellence and transformation. She now works closely with the CEO to support the transformation of the Trust and its schools, helping to shape and implement strategic priorities that strengthen organisational effectiveness and improve outcomes across CST.

Zubaydah has driven significant improvements across school systems, trust operations, compliance processes, digital workflows and site-wide IT infrastructure, raising standards and embedding consistent, professional practice across all schools. She oversees Trust-wide management processes and supports the CEO in translating strategic priorities into effective systems, structures and implementation. Her work focuses on ensuring that operational and information systems are accurate, user-friendly, sustainable and aligned with the Trust’s ambitions for excellence and transformation.

A skilled trainer, mentor and systems leader, Zubaydah has strengthened support staff capacity and operational consistency through high-quality training, clear processes and a culture of continuous improvement. She plays a key role in ensuring that CST’s infrastructure is robust, reliable and future-facing, while supporting leaders and teams through organisational change and transformation.
