Omer Pazar

Omer Pazar studied Physics at Imperial College London, completing a Master’s degree before training as a teacher through the CST SCITT in 2021. He is passionate about teaching and curriculum development, with experience leading Physics at both CCS and TEA, as well as shaping GCSE and A-Level science across the Trust as Trust Lead for Physics. Omer has also driven innovation in assessment and data systems, including designing the CST OMR system, which has transformed KS3 assessment analysis and reduced teacher workload.
