Donna brings a deep understanding of school culture, staff development and organisational change. Having successfully led Haggerston through a period of significant improvement, she knows first-hand the importance of strong leadership, effective people management and a positive staff culture in driving school success.

As Regional Director , Donna leads on people strategy across the trust, ensuring that our schools are supported by high-performing, well-developed teams. Donna combines her educational expertise with her strategic HR leadership to ensure that our people practices enable every member of staff to thrive so that, ultimately, our students receive the very best education possible.
