Suzanne Keshodia

Suzanne has worked at Forest Gate Community School for nearly 15 years, developing a deep understanding of school operations and the vital role of effective systems in supporting student success.

Starting in the main office as an administrator, Suzanne sought new challenges and progressed through a range of roles including PA, Office Manager, and now Schools HR and Cover Manager. Her commitment to continuous growth and excellence has made her an integral part of the school and the wider trust.

When Forest Gate became part of the Community Schools Trust, Suzanne’s extensive experience and knowledge enabled her to take on the role of SCR and Cover Lead for the Trust. In this capacity, she plays a crucial role in safeguarding, ensuring that systems across all schools are robust, compliant and responsive.

Suzanne is passionate about creating the conditions in which children can thrive in a safe and well-organised environment. By supporting schools with effective processes and providing immediate, hands-on support when needed, she helps ensure that teaching and learning can be as impactful as possible.
