Shuabur Rahman

An experienced educator, Shuabur has dedicated over 25 years to the teaching profession, beginning his career as a maths teacher before progressing through a range of senior leadership roles. He has served as Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Associate Headteacher at Forest Gate Community School, where he played a key role in securing two Outstanding Ofsted judgements.

Shuabur later became Headteacher at Waterside Academy, leading the school with a strong commitment to high standards, ambition and community transformation. He now serves as Executive Regional Director for the Community Schools Trust, supporting schools across the trust to deliver exceptional outcomes for young people.
