Kevin Hogarth

Kevin is an experienced HR professional. Most recently he was Chief People Officer at KPMG UK. He has over 30 years’ experience in human resources, predominantly in the professional and financial services sectors, having held senior roles at  including Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Capital One, EY and Abbey National PLC. Kevin has deep expertise in talent management, organisation development and business transformation. Kevin now runs his own HR consulting and coaching business. 

 

Kevin served for nine years on the Board of Governors at Nottingham Trent University chairing the Remuneration and Employment Policy Committee. During his fourteen year involvement with Scope, the leading disability charity he chaired the Remuneration Committee, the Nominations Committee and the People Committee. Kevin is now a Trustee at the Community Schools and the Lubavitch Multi Academy Trusts.

Kevin holds a BA in Politics from the University of York and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
